About Nine’s Health & Fitness Club CIC
Nine’s Health & Fitness Club CIC is a community-led health and wellbeing organisation based in Brent, created to support people to move more, talk more, and feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Founded by Nine Forbes, the club was born out of lived experience and a deep understanding that health is more than exercise. It’s about connection, consistency, conversation, and community. After seeing how isolation, stress, mental health challenges, and inactivity were affecting people of all ages, Nine created a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, supported, and encouraged, no matter their fitness level.
We deliver inclusive, accessible activities such as:
Community Walk & Talk sessions
Large-scale Walk for Life (3K) events
Youth engagement and mentoring activities
Social fitness wellbeing conversations Community and meet-ups
Our sessions cater for men and women, young people, older adults, families, and those returning to activity, including individuals managing long-term health conditions, stress, anxiety, or low confidence. There is no pressure, no judgement, just encouragement and positive energy.

To remove barriers to health and fitness by creating free or low-cost, community-based activities that bring people together, strengthen relationships, and promote healthier lifestyles.
